304 STEEL CHECKERED PLATES

Stainless steel patterned plates are processed by mechanical equipment to create embossed patterns on stainless steel plates. During the production of stainless steel, they are rolled by a rolling mill, resulting in the appearance of concave and convex patterns on the plate surface. In the early 1960s, large-scale steel mills in Europe began small-scale production, and subsequently, due to the excellent corrosion resistance and slip resistance of stainless steel patterned plates, they were adopted by many industries and began to be popularized. In recent years, the use of stainless steel patterned plates has been constantly innovating, breaking through, and changing. The applicable industries and product models have also been increasing, and the speed of product updates has become more frequent.

 

Stainless steel patterned plates are divided into two categories:

One type is produced by steel mills through rolling mills during the production of stainless steel. The main thickness of these products is about 3-6mm, and they are in the state of hot rolling followed by hot pickling. The process is as follows: 

Stainless steel billet → Hot rolling mill for rolling black coil → Hot annealing and pickling line → Flattening machine, straightening machine, polishing line → Transverse line → Hot rolled stainless steel patterned plate

 

With increasing investment in scientific research and development, the use of stainless steel patterned plates internationally is no longer limited to professional fields and industry applications such as anti slip and anti-corrosion.
