1. Waterproofing the Foundation
Crystal Krete™, a crystalline admixture for a watertight foundation, that becomes an effective, integral waterproofing method that provides a permanent, long-lasting solution by becoming part of the concrete itself and sealing microscopic cracks. While other methods like topical coatings or membranes also work, crystalline admixtures offer a durable, self-healing protection that is incorporated into the concrete mix, making it a strong choice for achieving a watertight foundation, especially in new construction.
EcstraPoly™ is an acrylic polymer-based cementitious coating system that, when mixed with cement on-site, provides a seamless waterproof coating for concrete and masonry surfaces. EcstraPoly is perfect for both new construction and renovation projects, offering excellent cohesion and adhesion. Apply it to horizontal and vertical surfaces for a tough, flexible, and durable waterproof barrier.
2. Mechanical Protection
Studded Membranes (Dimpled Membranes):
An air gap membrane installed on top of the waterproofing, this product creates a dimpled surface to redirect water away from the walls and down to the drainage system.
3. Drainage System
Drainage Tiles/Pipes:
Perforated PVC pipes installed at the base of the foundation to collect and channel water away from the building.

Drainage Gravel:
A layer of gravel placed over the drainage tiles to facilitate the flow of water into the pipes.
3. Detailing and Sealants
EcmaSeal Hydroswell™ is water swellable, hydrophilic rubber based, joint sealing strip for construction joints, cold joints, pipe penetrations, subterranean prefab constructions, etc. EMASEAL HYDROSWELL compacted in in-situ concrete or between prefabricated concrete elements, will expand volumetrically in contact with water form a watertight seal in the joints.
